Our Policies

Refunds & Exchanges

We will refund or exchange for change of mind on regularly stocked, non-clearance items provided the following conditions are met


  1. Goods are in the original packaging, tagged & in original new condition
  2. The refund/exchange request is notified within 14 days of purchase & received back within 14 days of purchase
  3. Delivery costs will not be refunded and return, tracked postage must be paid by the customer. Where Free Post option was taken a fee of $15 to cover the post will apply from the amount paid
  4. The refund will be completed upon inspection of goods & issued once the above conditions are satisfied
  5. If the item is custom ordered, the above applies if Barnes & Stable accept the return. However, a restocking fee of 20% of the items value will be deducted from the refund

We will refund or exchange for faulty product according to your consumer rights. These terms may vary depending on the product in question please use the contact us to inquire if you believe your product to have a manufacturing fault  


In stock items will be posted within 2 business days for Australian Deliveries & 4 business days for International Deliveries

If an item is Pre-Order or Custom Order you can inquire as to the ETA if it is not listed on the item

Generally to clear customs and come from an international locale it is 3-6 weeks

Gift Cards

Gift Cards do not expire

There are no refunds or exchanges given on Gift Cards

You should take care of your code and NEVER disclose it to a 3rd party in person or online.

What do I do if I want to return my product because I have changed my mind?

Returns should be notified within 14 days of date of delivery for change of mind & posted back within 5 days of date of delivery

Returns for change of mind are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer pays the cost back via Registered Post to:
